Eckshar D/O Jesu Milton
Eckshar is a Psychotherapist/Counsellor, Reiki teacher, Intuitive healer, SleepTalk consultant and Sekhem practitioner, passionate about aiding others to gain a healthily balanced well-being. As of April 2018, she graduated with her Master's in Guidance and Counselling from James Cook University, Singapore. In 2019, she became a registered psychotherapist and counsellor with the Association of Psychotherapy and Counsellors Singapore (APACS).
Being an Indigo child herself, she has faced many challenges trying to balance her spiritual life growing up in a cosmopolitan city. Her childhood experiences as an Indigo gave way to her interest in pursuing psychology to understand others, particularly those known as the Indigos, Crystal, Empaths, and Highly Sensitive People (HSP).
She aims to form a holistic therapeutic approach using Reiki and other energy healing modalities to complement Psychotherapy & Counselling to enhance the self-realisation process of her clients who need mental, emotional and/or spiritual assistance.
In 2021, Eckshar started her internship with the current Goulding Institute CEO, Kerre Burley, and became a qualified SleepTalk consultant in February 2023.

In June 2023, Eckshar attained her Level 2 certification in the Living Light Energy (Sekhem) natural healing method administered by Ruby T Ong from Reflections Resource Center.
​
Therefore, as an Intuitive healer, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Reiki teacher, SleepTalk consultant and Sekhem practitioner, she is determined to motivate everyone at any age to seek healthy mental and emotional well-being.

Eckshar was one of the experts on the show Abhayam, directed by Anuratha Kanderaju. This 13-part documentary drama series delves into 13 different phobias, which are a type of anxiety disorders that have a strong impact on our bodies and minds.
